What is the New Client Required Add-On?
It's a free 20-minute addition to your first appointment that allows us to properly assess your skin, discuss your goals, and ensure we're providing the best possible treatment for you. This is required for all new clients booking a treatment (not needed if you're only booking a Skin Consultation).
What if I just want a consultation without treatment?
Book our Skin Consultation ($25, 30 min). This includes a comprehensive skin analysis, discussion of your concerns, and personalized treatment and product recommendations—no same-day treatment required.
How do I prepare for my first visit?
Come with a clean face if possible. If you're booking a peel or microneedling, stop using retinoids and active ingredients 3-7 days prior (specific instructions are in each service description). Most importantly, come ready to share your skin goals!
What's your cancellation policy?
We charge a 50% fee for no-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment. If you're 15 minutes late, you'll need to reschedule. We understand life happens—just let us know as soon as possible!
